A request for covers by machine brand alone is rarely enough for production. Reliable information combines machine data, dimensions, structure, workload and quantity.
Machine and product data
- Machine brand, model, year and nameplate photograph.
- Anvil-cylinder diameter, working width and cover position.
- Section width, section count, thickness and current hardness.
- Locking structure with close photographs of both ends.
Application and purchasing data
- Main board types, speed, shifts and cycles per shift.
- Current replacement interval and primary problem.
- Required TDI or MDI route, or a request for selection support.
- Quantity per machine, order quantity and required timing.
Drawing, photograph or sample?
A reliable drawing supports dimension review; photographs identify structure quickly; a sample is most useful for complex profiles or incomplete records. Use them together whenever possible.
Create a repeat-order record
Record the batch, installation date, machine position and actual result. Archive confirmed dimensions, structure photographs and machine number for efficient repeat supply.
Send the machine nameplate, full current-cover photograph, both locking ends, width, thickness, quantity and a direct contact number.
